Café con Ángel is a neighborhood café in Aralias II. Nothing sits in a case waiting for you — the espresso is pulled when you order it, the toasts are built right in front of you, and the desserts come out of our own oven.

Every drink and every plate is made the moment you order it. A few minutes longer, and so much better.

Real ingredients

Real fruit in the smoothies, yogurt and granola in the Cielo Crunch, and pastry baked right here.

Terrace, A/C and dogs

Tables outside for the afternoon, air conditioning for the Vallarta heat, and your dog is always welcome.

Before you come

Where are you?

C. Jilguero 170-B, Aralias II, Fovissste 96, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. We're in the neighborhood, not the hotel zone — about ten minutes inland from the marina.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 9 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to 3 PM.

Can I bring my dog?

Of course. There are shaded tables on the terrace and your dog is welcome at every one of them.

Do you have air conditioning?

We do. There’s an air-conditioned room inside and a shaded terrace outside, so you can pick depending on the hour and the mood.

Do you have non-dairy milk?

Yes — lactose-free, almond, coconut and soy, and you can swap any of them into any drink. No oat milk for now. For something sweet, the Vegancito and the vegan brownie are made without dairy.

Is everything really made to order?

It is. The espresso is pulled when you order it, the toasts are built in front of you, and the desserts come out of our own oven. It takes a few minutes longer, and that’s the whole idea.
